Sleep

I am so tired.
All I want to do is sleep.
All I do is sleep.

Since coming home from my doctor's appointment on Thursday, I reduced the amount of oxycodone that I'm taking by 1 pill so I should have more energy.

I don't......I am so tired.

I've got it figured out why you are so tired. Wanna know why? It's because you have been "running" through the hearts and minds of so many people for so long! Of course you're going to be tired with that much "running"!

I've been thinking about you daily, and am so happy to hear that prayers are being answered, as evidenced by your healing and recovery.

As for the fatigue, you've been taking pain medication for a while. I would think that even though you took your last Oxycodone on Thursday, you still have a lot of the medication that has accumulated in your system from when you started taking medication (for those nuisance nerves way back when). It is going to take a little while for it all to get out of your system. As your body continues to heal and get rid of all of the medicines that have been forced into it, I'd be willing to bet that you won't feel so tired soon.

I still hear Catoctin's halls humming that familiar tune . . . we miss you, we miss you . . . Sharon Funk . . . Sharon Funk".

Lots of hugs,

Kelli

Sharon,

Your body knows what it needs. Sleep is what your body needs so that it can heal. When you're up to it, make good use of your time out in that beautiful back yard. But until then, rest and recover and sleeeeepppp.

Hugs...

BTW... Catoctin's halls are DEFINITELY humming that tune Kelli mentioned. We're all eagerly awaiting the day you're among us again!

Sharon that is your body trying to heal.Sleep is good because it is helping your cells to recover. Just think of it as catching up on your sleep after all those years of commuting. :)
